2025/2026 Truck Raffle Rules

 

1. The San Antonio Fire Museum (801 East Houston, San Antonio, TX 78205) is conducting this raffle. 

2. By purchasing a raffle ticket, you agree to be bound by The San Antonio Fire Museum 2025/2026 Raffle Rules and Terms.

3. A maximum of 600 tickets will be sold.  Odds of winning are based on the number of raffle tickets purchased. 

4. Entrants can only win 1 prize.

5. Drawing to be held May 2, 2026 at the Museum.

6. Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a raffle ticket or claim a raffle prize. The winner cannot assign the prize to another person for any reason.  The San Antonio Fire Museum reserves the right to determine eligibility of an entrant. Entrants deemed ineligible will forfeit winnings.

7. Winners must reside in the state of Texas.

8. You need not be present at the drawing to win. The winners will be determined by a random drawing of purchased tickets. 

9. The San Antonio Fire Museum makes no warranties with regard to the prize and reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

10. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal income tax withholding, as well as any and all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and charges associated with the prize, including but not limited to income taxes, title, registration, and license fees. In accordance with IRS regulations, the San Antonio Fire Museum is required to withhold federal income tax from the value of the prize. The winner must pay the required withholding to the Museum prior to receipt of the prize. The Museum will report the prize and withholding to the IRS. No prize will be released until all required taxes and fees have been paid.
